We are currently recruiting for Validation Lead for an exciting new position
The successful candidate will be responsible for process validation, cycle development (cleaning and sterilisation) and process qualification at our facility
The role will include setting up validation systems
The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of validation processes and philosophies as they pertain processing
Direct experience in the execution of cycle development for cleaning and/or sterilisation of product vessels, isolators and autoclaves is required
Temperature mapping experience with good knowledge of HTM2010 standards is required.
Knowledge of surface sterilisation technology and its validation is desirable.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
The candidate should have a solution driven focus and a collaborative approach to work.
The candidate should have people management experience with previous leadership roles in validation.
Requirements include a degree in an engineering or science discipline with a minimum of 6 years experience in the biotech / pharmaceutical industry
