Our client, a dynamic and successful company are currently looking to recruit a HR Generalist to provide support to half the company’s population.

Responsibilities:
-Advise Managers on a range of HR issues
-Act as the first point of contact to both employees and managers on employee relations, employee discipline, and performance issues
-Proactively identify potential areas of concern
-Continuously contribute to improvement of HR processes and systems to support high performance work teams and drive waste and inefficiencies out of process
-Support Managers on the Performance Management process to drive a culture of continuous performance management within the organisation
-Provide guidance to managers on the area of compensation and benefits

Skills/ Experience Required:
-Degree in HR, Business or related discipline
-CIPD qualified
-Minimum of 5 years working in a HR role
-Experience working in multicultural environments
-Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
-Extensive knowledge of Irish employment law
-Strong interpersonal and communications skills
