In partnership with my client a global leader in software goods, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their on site Customer Service/ Data Management Team in Cork.
The successful candidate MUST have Spanish AND Italian and fluency in English with 12+ months experience in a customer service setting. You will be responsible for offering expert advice and support to customers, order management, database management, problem management and contributing to the overall success of the company by reducing handling time, adding value to customer calls and working closely with your team and management to better the customer experience.
If you have a friendly and outgoing personality, a hands on approach to problem solving, possess the ability to work in a fast passed environment and professional attitude this is the role for you.
