A high profile, international online gaming company is currently seeking a Head of Modelling to join their South Dublin modern facility. Reporting to a VP, the role will focus on maximising the value and quality of all in-house data by using and developing a combination of modelling techniques in order to execute best practice modelling.
Responsibilities:
• Continuous development & management of the modelling team
• Engage with executives, staff, stakeholders and related personnel in the assessment of marketing activity in line with key business goals and objectives
• Analysis, testing & optimisation of options throughout the customer lifecycle process
• Creation of a customer segmentation system to drive a data-intelligent CRM approach to customer communications
• Ownership of the teams technology relationships
• Manage projects and procedures
Applicants require 7 years experience in a modelling, analysis/statistics management role with experience in statistical, artificial intelligence and operational research techniques of distinct advantage. Experience with statistical analysis, data-mining software such as SAS is required. Staff management experience is also essential. An understanding of the online poker industry would be preferential.
