Meghen Group is a consultancy company providing recruitment for some of the largest global contact centre companies throughout Europe. We are currently expanding and are therefore continuously looking for candidates to work with us.
Our international team includes employees from Ireland, USA, the Nederland’s, France, Poland, Germany, Baltic States and Hungary.
At present, we have interns from across Europe studying a variety of Bachelor degrees. Our aim is to prepare the candidates for employment when they have finished their studies, sculpt and progress their skills. Full training will be provided with a relevant manager.
Commonly Internships will be for a 3 – 6 month period. Candidates may be offered a full time position upon completion of their studies.
The candidate would be working with the recruitment / sales team. They will be allocated a direct manager to monitor, assist and manage them on a daily basis. Training will be on a one-to-one basis and will be continual. The internship would include:
· Direct liaising with potential / existing candidates
· Candidates sourcing
· Human Resourcing – candidate skilling
· Advertising / Marketing
· Direct sales
This internship is an excellent method of

The ideal candidate would have:
· Fluent English
· Strong levels of enthusiasm, initiative & motivation
· PC skills
· Commercial awareness (this will be developed)

· Good communication skills
