A Site Manager position has arisen in Cork Airport and the successful candidate must have previous experience in services industry
DEPARTMENT: Operations Cork
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
To ensure that all customers within their allocated area receive excellent standards of service and that their agreed specification of work is maintained. To ensure that all areas are being cleaned to required standards and that all staff are adhering to Company Health & Safety regulations.
Key Requirements: Must have managment experience in the services industry sector.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
§ To work to the values of the company mission and vision statement.
§ To provide a professional service and represent Noonan Services Group Ltd and ensure total customer satisfaction.
§ Ensuring that the contract is supervised in the most effective manner by maximising efficiency and minimising costs.
§ Providing professional leadership and guidance to staff.
§ Maintaining regular contact with customers to resolve any problems and establish good working relationships with all customers.
§ Prioritising Health & Safety and striving towards eliminating all avoidable accidents.
§ Ensuring all aspects of their areas comply with company procedures such as ISO9001-2000 and personnel procedures in full.
§ Ensuring all staff receive necessary training to enable them to complete their job effectively.
§ Ensure all administration is completed accurately and on schedule, including payroll
NATURE OF WORK:
§ Working in a team as a team leader. Some out of hours working required.
