At Pharma-BioServ, we are recruiting a HR Generalist for a manufacturing facility in Cork. This is a 8 month fixed term contract role.

Skills/Experience

  • Essential: CIPD qualified

    Essential: Business studies degree or other related qualification

    Desirable: Masters in HR

  • 5 years post qualification experience in senior human resource management role with particular experience on discplinary case management

  • Previous experience in a multinational manufacturing facility.

  • Focus on talent management

  • Medical devices/health care industry experience.
