Program Manager Reports to: Regional Manager, Asia Job Location: Indonesia The purpose of the job is to manage the strategic and operational aspects of the Sutent Patient Assistance Program in Indonesia. Establish and manage the relationship with the Government as well as key national and international stakeholders in Indonesia (including key opinion leaders and clients) Represent the company at level meetings with client, government and other stakeholders Provide strategic direction to the program Take overall supervisory responsibility for operational aspects of the program. This includes: Supervise verification that eligible patients receive Sutent in accordance with the defined criteria at the time of their inclusion. Supervise eligibility assessment of the potential beneficiary patients into the program including interviews. Supervise follow up of the patients’ files and regularly re-evaluate the changes in the patient eligibility criteria. Supervise collection of information and reports from the medical centers, doctors and distribution agents, necessary for the compilation of progress reports Develop good relations with the Government, clients and key stakeholders in Indonesia. Work with partners such as governmental agencies, NGOs, political affiliations, and communities. Requirements: Graduate in health sciences, public health, pharmacy, social work and nursing. At least 5 years working experience in heath care/pharmaceutical company is required. Written and verbal Fluency in English and major local languages Budget Management ability Ethics and values
