Fresh Food Manager and Meat Manager

Our client, one of the largest retail chains, known for providing excellent fresh produce, is currently seeking to recruit a fresh food manager/red meat manager for their store in Naas.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Day to Day running of large Department
  • Drive Sales of Fresh food area.
  • Team management and training.
  • Achieve applied cost structure.
  • Stock loss prevention & waste management
  • Responsible for department layouts and merchandising standards.
  • Business Development.
  • Retention and expansion of customer base through service levels.
  • Control of stock levels.
  • Administration of management information systems.
  • Responsible for store hygiene audits.
  • Fully responsible for day to day running of the business.
  • Fully responsible for department profit and loss, margin management and budgeted costs


Skills & Experience :

You will have previous experience in food retail management.

A passion for food retailing.

A people person with a commercial edge and a desire to drive your own business category forward.

Ambitious, not only for yourself but for your company.

Red meat qualifications are essential

Fresh Food/Deli Management essential
