Portwest , ( Charles Hughes Ltd), is Irelands leading supplier of work wear, safety clothing and PPE. Traditional product ranges have been complemented by the introduction of new exciting ranges of outdoor active wear such as ski wear and surf wear resulting in rapid growth. We are now looking for an exceptional sales professional to take on the role of New Business Developement Executive for the Leinster region. The position will report to the National Sales Manager.
Our sales force operates across Europe and this position will target medium and large sized end user companies throughout Leinster along with managing a portfolio of existing large retail accounts driving our sales and service proposition forward to dramatically increase our market share.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager the successful candidate will be required to:
Ø Develop New Business with Medium to Large end users across a wide variety of market segments whilst also managing a portfolio of existing accounts.
Ø Provide regular feedback on market trends and competitor activity using a modern CRM computer system.
Ø Cold call face-to-face on a daily basis.
Applicants should fulfil the following criteria:
Ø Possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ø Possess excellent presentation skills
Ø Be computer literate in Microsoft applications
Ø Possess a clean, full, driving license
Ø Reside in the Leinster Area
Ø Be an enthusiastic self-starter who works on their own initiative & enjoys working at a fast pace
The Package
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary and annual bonus. A fully expensed company vehicle /Car Allowance, mobile phone, laptop and full expenses will be provided.
