Fluent German and English Customer Service Rep for start-up Internet Company - Galway city.

Description:

Flexible and dynamic person with fluency in English and German needed for a fast-growing, start-up company based out of Galway City. Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries via telephone and email
  • Use problem-solving skills to handle customer issues
  • Use CSN guidelines on scripting to ensure customers receive a consistent, quality experience that promotes the CSN Brand
  • Learn the most efficient ways to navigate CSN sites in order to help customers in a timely manner
  • Assist customers with site navigation and order placement (teach the customer how to "shop CSN")
  • Assist with Marketing and other interdepartmental projects


Requirements:

  • Fluent English and German speaking and writing skills
  • Work Schedule: 5 day work week, schedules may include weekends."
  • Knowledge of computers and internet (quickness and ease with these tools)
  • Ability to think on feet (to conduct root-cause analysis and respond promptly to customer)
  • Outgoing and enthusiastic – ability to quickly develop rapport with customers (cheerful, helpful, caring)
  • Ability to retrain knowledge of products (to create cross and up-sell opportunities)
  • Motivation to meet customer needs
  • Basic math - calculating discounts and completing price matches
  • Experience/Education: College Graduates preferred; High School Graduates with Call Center Experience
