The Role shall involve:
Receiving calls from customers in regards to faulty servers and parts – most calls have 2 & 4 hr turn around so the must be actioned quickly and correctly without compromising quality Log and validate incoming calls on the call handling system as required
We are looking for individuals who are:
Customer oriented, enthusiastic, courteous, assertive, and motivated to take charge of both customer engagement and problem resolution. Capable of being self-managed, be a team player, quality conscious, flexible and be eager to share and acquire knowledge Excellent customer, telephone, oral and written communications skills Administrative skills, e.g. order processing, telephone experience (call centre/secretarial), Basic PC skills – familiarity with MS Office products Positive attitude towards team members, customers and partners. Encourages outstanding team
The Successful individuals will be
Fluent in Dutch
Fluent English speaker and written
Good customer service skills
A excellent salary of €21,500 + Bonus + Benefits is also available plus a relocation package if the successful candidate is living outside Ireland.
