Salary: €24-26K + commission
We are a continuing expanding company and are currently looking to recruit an Estate Agent with at least 1-2 years plus experience to float between our Ballybofey, Letterkenny & Derry Offices.
Duties:
• To optimise revenue and profitability through excellent agent management.
• Interview clients and indentify their needs.
• Identify new business opportunities where ever possible
• Co-ordinate transactions ensuring that you provide a high standard of customer care to buyers and sellers.
• Integrate into a team environment and provide support to your colleagues and branch manager.
• Ensure that company standards are met.
• Achieve sales targets as agreed with the managing director.
• Be familiar with an implement all procedures and legislation.
• Manage and motivate existing staff members
Requirements:
• At least 1-2 years experience as an estate agent.
• Previous experience in Residential and/or Commercial Estate Agency.
• IPAV qualified - Irish Property Auctioneers Valuers or equivalent.
• A desire and a belief to excel in a demanding and challenging environment
• An outgoing and persuasive personality with the ability to bring embrace ideas in the market place.
