Client Our client is a leading multinational in the Cork area. They are currently looking for French Customer Service Associates to join their fast-paced and dynamic team for up to a 6 month temporary assignment.

Job Description - FRENCH CSR This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable company and broaden your experience in Customer Service. This is a challenging environment where you will be working as part of a team and on your own initiative.

Roles/Responsibilities - FRENCH CSR
  • Answering calls from clients
  • Handling queries and complaints & escalating where necessary
  • Updating client files
  • Data Entry
  • E-mailing clients
  • Adhering to service level agreements
  • Meeting key performance indicators
  • General Administration
    • Skills/Experience - FRENCH CSR
  • Fluency in French & English
  • MS Word, MS Excel
  • A minimum of 6 months experience in Customer Care
    • Education / Professional Qualifications - FRENCH CSR Leaving Certificate or equivalent
