This is an exciting opportunity to work with a new organisation who distribute electrical equipment to retailers. The position is a dual role and will provide variety to the succesful applicant. Duties will include:
  • Answering phones and processing orders from customers
  • Dealing with general queries and checking prices.
  • Assisting visitors to the showroom and organising refreshments
  • Providing administrative support to other staff members as required.
  • Visting stores in Leinster area and developing relationships with key personnel
  • Following planograms and merchandising electrical products-
With a minimum of two years office experience you will be highly motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative. Previous experience in an order processing role with a strong knowledge of MS Office is essential. You will ideally have some merchandising experience and a knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
