We have a job Sharing position available in A Co. Meath Bakery/Cafe Shop.
The client is seeking a baker/pastry chef with previous working experience with Bread Products, Breads, Scones etc (No Yeast Products), Sponges, Meringues, Cheesecakes, Carrot cakes, Eclairs,Custard creams etc.
You must have good baking and also finishing experience for various cakes.
It would be a plus if you had general cooking experience, ie, Salad and Sandwich prep,Savoury dishes as Quiche, Lasagne, Pies, Hot Sandwiches etc, but not necessary.
Th employer offers flexible working hours and also flexible days, approx 7 hours per day over a 3 day period!
This job may suit a person that wishes to work only 3 days per week, or a person wishing to return to the workforce with these type hours. Early starts and straight shifts in operation!
