Our client is seeking a strong, dynamic night pack manager for their store in North Dublin. this is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door and ideally progress into a new more permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as Duty Manager for the entire store in the absence of Store Management.
- Responsible for the delivery and placement for all products
- Responible for the delegation of work process amongst night pack team
- Achieve KPI targets.
- Training and motivating team
- Achieve applied cost structure.
- Stock loss prevention.
- Responsible for department layouts and merchandising standards.
- Retention and expansion of customer base through service land stock evel.
- Administration of management information systems.
