An excellent opportunity has arisen for a QP / Compliance Supervisor to join and multinational pharmaceutical organisation, based in the manufacturing facility in Cork.

The QP and Compliance Supervisor will report into the Head of Quality.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Execute the responsibilities of a Qualified Person
  • Lead and participate as team member in Business Unit Quality Continuous Improvement projects
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP and other business compliance regulations
  • Participation in corporate/regulatory audits
  • Business Unit Investigations – Team member , driving CAPA effectiveness
  • Co-ordination and Supervision of area resources
  • Training and development of area personnel
  • Delivery of area performance to meet or exceed performance or quality goals
  • Contribute to site management operational and strategic initiatives
  • Lead, promote, participate and supervise the implementation and maintenance of the relevant EHS programmes
Requirements include:

  • Degree level Scientific qualification as well as QP qualification
  • 5yrs+ experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing - ideally sterile manufacturing
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
