Customer Service Supervisor - Limerick
Working for the world's largest private medical device company, they are currently recruiting for a Supervisor within their Customer Service department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise multi-lingual teams of Customer Service representatives from an operational and developmental perspective, including
– Recruitment of employees as required
– Performance appraisals of employees
– Manage and maintain software packages and databases used in the dept
- Co-ordinate training and cross training of employees as required.
- Prepare reports in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
- Lead/partake in performance improvement projects on behalf of the department.
The successful candidate should have:
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a fast-paced customer service/contact centre environment
• Second European language, in additon to English, would be an advantage
• Formal business Degree and/or management qualification
• Proven organisational and team building skills
• Ability to interface at all levels within an organisation
• Self motivated, results focussed and a proven ability to complete projects
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management principles and problem solving.
• Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft® Office.
• Availability and willingness to travel on company business.
• Flexible start time hours to accommodate European time zones.
Very strong people management experience as well as a 2nd language is a must.
Salary Negotiable 30-35K (approx) + excellent benefits
