We are currently recruiting an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager for a prominent 4* Hotel in Co Cork. We are recruiting a candidate with 2-3 years Assistant Management experience in leading 4-5* Hotel - or Fine Dining Restaurant ideally with with 1-2 years Restaurant Management experience. Applicants should have completed a formal training and development in leading 4* background and must have extensive experience in hotels with busy Dining Room. In addition candidates will have detailed knowledge of Financial Management and a good knowledge and passion for Wines.

The Hotel is a Landmark property and we are recruiting a highly motivated and accomplished individual with clear career goals and a passion for Hospitality. Successful applicant will most likely have several years experience in high end Leisure style properties in the Irish-International market and will be an effective people Manager. You will be smart, articulate, flexible and always ready to go the extra mile to please your guests.

You need to work with and develop the team in place and lead and enhance their performance. Above all we need a candidate who can command and deliver the highest standards of service, organisation, professionalism and guest relations.
