Your role will be to maximise sales and profitability, whilst maintaining effective running of the store and its team.
Key Responsibilities include:
*Driving sales and excellence in customer service
*Commercially aware of competitors and fashion trends
*Ability to Lead and motivate the store team
*Ability to train and develop the team to achieve high productivity
*Ensuring high standards of Visual Merchandising and store standards
*Ability to manage stock and always making sure the back-of-house is operationally sound
*Ability to train employees through coaching and developing.
Key Attributes:
*Passion for fashion
*Experience at similar level in leading and motivating staff
*Strong communication / customer service / organisational skills
*Ability to deal with pressurized situations
*Capable of delegating and leading
