This primary care facility in the North West ( Mayo/ Sligo/Roscommon) area is seeking to recruit a Chef to join their team.
The client is seeking a Chef that can work closely with the Head Chef in improving standards at the facility.
Ideally we are seeking a Chef that would have new ideas, restructure Menus in relation to diet, nutrition, menu balancing, taste and presentation.
We are seeking a Chef that is innovative , has loads of ideas and can produce Hotel Standard food at this facility.
Previous experience in a Hospital or Care facility would be an asset but IS NOT a requirement. The focus for this position is to improve, change, test and implement new changes with a fresh direction.
Interviews are now held for this position with an immediate start.
Hours of work are 35 hours per week rotated 5 days over 7, with rotated weekends off.
As per HSE requirements for vetting staff, we require all candidates:
3 previous References
Proof of Identity to include photo
Proof of any Training Courses or certificates
A birth certificate
A garda vetting form (organised with the client)
Details of any criminal offences.
