My client is currently recruiting a Sales and Marketing Manager for their hotel based in Dublin West for Maternity Leave Contract Cover.

€30-40K basic

€55K OTE

The Position:

  • To identify, solicit and convert new opportunities in the all market segments
  • To recognise and capitalise on all opportunities from these existing businesses
  • To constantly recognise and develop new accounts from the local corporate markets.
  • To participate fully in all sales activities including corporate entertaining, social events, promotions, loyalty & rewards programmes, sales calls, telesales and overseas sales trips


To apply for this role you need to have:

  • Previous experience in Sales and Marketing across the hotel industry
  • Proven track record in sales
  • An innovative approach to business development
  • Experience in developing ATL and BTL campaigns
