SENIOR CHEF
This chef would be at Sous chef Level and would work with a kitchen brigade producing a cool and funky menu with all fresh produce.
You will have gained particular strengths in Range, Grill, Sauces and will be able to work with the close with the Head Chef and take control of your station and also supervise in the Head Chefs absence.
You should be creative, have flair and able to manage large numbers consistently. This is a well establishment restaurant and is busy all year round for both Lunch and Dinner Service.
Chefs in particular with Good Restaurant experience is preferred for this role!
