Our client is a well established and profitable supplier of diagnostic and measurement equipment. They are currently seeking a Sales Manager for their primary care division.
In this you will lead and develop the primary care sales teams for the entire Island of Ireland. You will have full responsibility for the development and performance of all pre-hospital sales activities, including:

· Managing Field Sales Rep’s (team of 4)

· Accurate Budgeting and Forecasting & meeting sales objectives

· Managing Appraisals and setting relevant KPI’s

· Respond rapidly to Sales issues

· Assist Clinical Sales Specialists with the preparation of proposals & presentations

· Develop relationships with Suppliers and enhance our business partnerships

· Interact and communicate with all other Departments

Skills / Qualities (includes)
· Ability to set challenging objectives & ensure successful outcome for business

· Ability to understand and influence key client contacts

· Ability to strategically grow the business

Qualifications
Education/Experience

    Previous experience in sales management & leadership is preferableGood educational background, graduate calibre or relevant clinical qualificationProven Field based experience in medical sales or relevant clinical/technical field based experience and track record of achievement of targetsStrong interpersonal skills: Customer focused with strong influencing skills
Territory: Rep of Ireland & Northern Ireland

Remuneration: €60-70k salary, bonus, co car, bens.
