Our client is a leading supplier of healthcare products. They are operating in Ireland for over 10 years and have a highly profitable business. They are already a well established supplier within the hospitals throughout Ireland and have successfully developed strategic relationships with the HSE. Their core business is involved with the supply of general disposable products and consumable items.

Due to continued growth they are now seeking a Sales Manager for their business. In this position you will be responsible for the ongoing performance and development of the business.

Responsibilities include
-Motivating & co-ordinating team of 4 sales executives

-Providing expert advice to consultants and staff in Hospital Care settings
-Facilitating training of health care professionals in the use of medical products.
-Maintaining and developing current business

-Achieving additional growth through new business
-Achieving and exceeding both revenue and product portfolio sales targets

Competencies:
- Circa 5 years sales experience in the medical field
-Proven track record in delivering results in a specialist medical sales role

-Prior sales management experience in the medical field / similar.

Remuneration:

-Base salary guide up to €68k

-Realistic Incentive / Bonus which offers additional 20% of salary.
