RESTAURANT MANAGER
This well Managed and Operated Hotel is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to manage their busy Restaurant operation.
Experience in a minimum of 4* hotel preferably!
Previous Restaurant Manager experience is essential for this position! We shall also look at Assistant Restaurant Managers in 4*/5* Hotels or guide listed restaurants.
Managing two Restaurants within the property, large contemporary/casual restaurant and small intimate A La Carte Restaurant.
The GM is seeking a candidate that is a Maitre 'D , A Manager, A Team Leader and can account for this department on their own initiative in Standards,SOP's,Hygiene, Customer Care,Food & Drinks knowledge,Rosters, Payroll etc are all pre requisites for this position.
