Following its phase of expansion, my client is sourcing for CFO/Director of insurance to oversee its NEW entities across Life, general insurance and reinsurance.

This is a NEW ROLE where the incumbent will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of internal control , compliance and Operational risk management for the NEW LEGAL ENTITIES IN LIFE AND REINSURANCE



YOU WILL BE REPORTING TO HEAD OF REINSURANCE WITH DOTTED REPORTING LINES TO CFO OF GLOBAL OPERATIONS AND CEO

Summary of duties (This is purely for indicative purposes, for more details pls contact me at below details)

* In this role you will OVERSEEING THE OVERALL Insurance function ( Focus on Life , General and Reinsurance ) of the company within Ireland
* Heavy interaction with senior management in Ireland as well as European and Global Insurance. (dotted line of reporting to Global CFO and to CEO)
* Full responsibility for Financial Control, business planning, strategic development, capital and tax planning for the Insurance business
* Responsibility for operational risk management - ( focus on Solvency II)

Minimum requirements:

Candidates must have experience at Head of Finance / Director /CFO Level within an insurance department . Knowlege of General and Life insurance is essential . Reinsurance is strongly preferred . Candidates will have min 9-10 years PQE
