Our client is one of the leading global players within Investment Banking Solutions.
They currently have a vacancy for a Legal / Documentation Executive to manage their Global Corporate Contracts Division.
Experience Required
- At least 2 years Investment Banking / Corporate Contracts experience
- Company Secretary / executive background
- Highly organised individual
- Strong Communication skills
- High literacy in Microsoft Word / Excel / Access
- Dynamic, work on own initiative & highly pressurised environment
- Legal qualification advantage
- Third Level Degree essential
