Commercial Advertising Manager - Sth Dublin

Salary: €45K

Our client is looking to recruit a Commercial Manager for their key magazine publication. The monthly magazine is the number one title and has been published since 1974.

The successful candidate will report to the MD and will be responsible for:

  • all day to day selling of advertising on the magazine:
  • managing key accounts, both agency and direct;
  • interacting with existing and potential advertisers at a senior level;
  • growing market share, and
  • working with the editor in developing the commercial potential of the magazine


    • The position requires somebody with:

  • proven sales ability;
  • minimum 5+ years sales experience in a similar media/advertising environment;
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • strong networking and contact building capabilities;
  • own car and clean driving licence;
  • ability to work within a team environment;
  • ability to work off own initiative;
  • good work ethic;
  • professional approach; and
  • ambition and drive.
