PharmEng Recruitment is currently hiring contract Engineering, Scientific and IT contractors throughout the world to work on large scale Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical, Medical Device and Technical Construction sites. Due to an increasing market we require a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Manager to head up the area. You will have the following day to day responsibilities:
- Substantially developing PharmEng's market presence in various sectors.
- Strengthen links with current client PSL's, improving our account management capabilities.
- Improve and enhance our recruitment advertising in various countries.
- Dealing with Contract and Temporary and Permanent opportunities abroad.
- Working with our International Sales Consultant on leads and Client proposals.
- Provide first class customer service to Clients and Candidates alike.
- Occasionally working with the Engineering Department on proposals.
This position gives the ideal candidate the opportunity to develop as PharmEng expands into Europe and further afield. A lot of the work involves working with our current clients, improving our KPI s, developing our contractor presence in various countries, and building and managing a recruitment team in set deadlines.
We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional with Recruitment Agency/Engineering Firm experience. The ideal candidate will either have many years of Technical recruitment experience developing and account managing growing areas and/ or have experience in International Recruitment.
