Since its launch in 2008 Inspired Software & Services has become the industry leader in the development and deployment of business solutions based on Microsoft SharePoint. In order to support our channel partners and our continued growth, we are looking to extend our sales organisation and recruit a telesales executive. This role is suited to an experienced and highly organised individual, who can display excellent communication skills and can liaise with a broad range of customers and partners, along with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. We value our strong partner relationships and we require an individual who is enthusiastic, professional and highly motivated, to work within our dynamic and passionate team.
Their role
· To make outbound telesales calls to a list of potential UK partners with the view to recruiting and building on the UK partner network
· Support our partners marketing campaigns by making outbound telephone calls to the SME and Corporate market.
· Effectively identify customers needs in order to maximise all sales opportunities.
· Close sales and/or create quality leads for our partners
· Help manage our strategic partnership with Microsoft.
· Develop and maintain working relationships with our partners and take part in developing joint business plans
· Maintain and update internal CRM application
· Training will be given on our solution BizPortal and Microsoft’s technology to maximise any sales opportunities
The Candidate
· Min. 2 years telesales experience, with a proven track record in sales and outbound calls
· Ability to meet and exceed sales and recruitment targets
· PC literate with a proficiency in Microsoft Office. (Microsoft SharePoint experience an advantage)
· Based in our offices in Bray Co. Wicklow, but with a willingness to travel within Ireland and the UK in order to support our partners.
· Self motivated individual with drive, enthusiasm and commitment.
· Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
· Confident & professional manner.
The Package
· Basic full time salary: €25,000
· OTE : €40,000
· Medical insurance
· Travel expenses
