Recruitment Plus now offers experienced Product Managers the opportunity to work with a multinational pharmaceutical company, focusing on the Respiratory market.

The successful candidate will be required to:

· Input into sales and forecasting providing country input into overall European numbers

· Accountable for the planning, spending & controlling of budgets agreed for own areas of responsibility, developing regular forecast updates to aid financial planning

· Accountable for hitting local sales target

· Execute brand strategy in country

· Leadership of in country cross functional team: this will involve leadership of others that need to collaborate in the various activities in order to achieve success and will involve coordinating and directing their activities

· Collaborate with customer facing leadership team to ensure brand strategy compliance and market feedback

· Support product training

· Coordination with customer facing medical and local customer marketing for customer activities/programs

· Accountability for country effectiveness evaluation.

· Understand the local customer market place ensure that customer insights and market issues are well understood and inform the overall European plans

· Manage/prioritize resources across customers in line with EU strategy and in dialogue with customer facing functions

· Apply EU financial systems/processes and compliance

· Thorough understanding of revenue drivers for the brand in local country

· Other tasks as required by the business

· Respiratory experience is an asset

Qualifications and experience needed:



Education: University degree or equivalent.

: University degree or equivalent. Experience:

: Experience as Brand Manager or Regional / Hospital Manager is highly recommended. Knowledge of Pharma marketing is required.

Experience of managing revenues and costs

Track record of working collaboratively/with others across functions

Experience of interaction with external stakeholders/acting upon customer insights

Willing to travel to BU country site

Strong Marketing experience

Language skills: English fluent.

Other competencies & skills

: English fluent.Thorough understanding of revenue drivers for the brand in local country

Communication and influencing skills

Change leadership - ensuring adaptation to new modes of operating in EU BU structure
