Customer Account Coordinator with French

Location: Close to Paris, France, but with regular Irish travel

Type: Permanent

Salary: €35,000 - 40,000 depedant on experience + Pension and Travel Expenses

This company has an exclusive opening for a Commercial Account Manager to support their French business customers.

We are seeking a talented bi-lingual candidate who speaks fluent French and English with previous experience managing customer accounts, coordinating sales administration and meeting customers.

This company distribute their wide range of products all over the world and work with some of the most revered brands in the world. This position will be based in France (close to Paris) and will require regular monthly travel to Ireland.

A flexible candidate with account management experience with a manufacturing, distribution, FMCG, or Wholesaling background would be an ideal fit for this position.

Job Description

This is a strategic, fast paced role that requires strong communication, organisational, negotiation and forecasting skills using English and French. This position will work alongside key business customers in Europe to ensure goods are fore-casted, shipped and delivered on time. Working with the French based Commercial Manager, you will provide first class commercial support for the department and business customers.

Roles/Responsibilities

Coordinating the order process for customers, order entry and administration

Demand Planning / Forecasting - Liaising with shipping, production and distribution to coordinate the delivery of products globally

Advise on delivery delays and any shortages or changes in delivery

Using an ERP system to generate reports and enter order information

Managing client expectations - Resolving any customer enquires or complaints

Skills/Experience

Fluency in English and French

Ideally 2 years experience in an Account Management role, Business to Business Customer Care, Order Management, Order Coronation, Supply Chain Support

Desirable Industry experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production, FMCG, Wholesale

Previous experience in Demand Planning and forecasting is desirable

Strong Administrative skills, skilled in MS Word and Excel - any previous ERP software experience using SAP, JD Edwards, ORACLE is welcome

Must have strong MS Excel

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work on own initiative without supervision

Proven ability to problem solve and work well under pressure in a deadline driven role.

Education / Professional Qualifications

Educated to third level Degree, in particular Business or Marketing or Supply Chain is desirable but not necessary.
