We are seeking an
ASSISTANT MANAGER
for a Kerry 4* Hotel in a central location.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience. Previous experience in Food & Beverage - as this accounts for the majority of our business. However, a knowledge of Front of House area would be an advantage.
Will be responsible to the General Manager. Will work closely with the other Managers on the team.
Will be responsible for dealing with wedding/function enquiries, as well as the daily operation of the hotel when on duty shift.
Experience in Bar/Restaurant & C&B is essential for this role.
