A Small Bar /Restaurant in Co. Kerry is seeking a Qualified Chef.
This is mainly a Bar Food operation with occasional functions,christenings,21st, funeral parties etc.
Menu and Food Style could be described as a Pub/ Bistro/Gastro.
We are seeking a Chef that has a minimum of Sous Chef or Head Chef experience gained in a similar establishment. Please note that this is mainly a one person operation Monday to Thursday and with another casual chef at weekends and when functions are booked.
Producing Mainly Main courses, Grills, Suppers you will be organised and able to cook and serve good wholesome food here.
Can you answer the following Questions?
Can you work on your own initiative?
Can you produce Starters, Main Courses, Veg, Simple Desserts?
Can you operate a clean and tidy Kitchen?
Can you negotiate with suppliers at back door and aim for a good GP?
Are you flexible, Innovative,cost conscious?

Salary Scale of approx €30,000 to start with!
