Office Manager
Opportunity to join a US company setting up a European operation in Cork. She/he will be required to input sales orders, generate invoices and conduct various other accounting activities using Quickbooks. She/he will also be required to have a general knowledge of how to run a busy office on a fairly independent basis.
The EMEA Office Manager will also be responsible for communicating with the EMEA sales team and company HQ. She/he will need to have a large amount of flexibility, good communication skills and the ability to maintain a very positive attitude. Adaptability will be required as the needs of the office change and the EMEA team develops.
Must have worked with a multi-national with 5 years plus office management experience. Proficient in QuickBooks is a must.
