In partnership with my client a leading IT multinational in Cork we are currently recruiting a talented and motivated Swedish Inside Sales Agent to join their expanding team. The Inside Sales Team is responsible for ensuring continual growth and up selling products in a fast paced and growing IT market, offering information management solutions and services through local business partners.

The primary goal of the successful candidate will be to manage and drive business both new and existing in an assigned territory, working closely with the channel partners. As a member of the team you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, lead generation, continuously improving sales, assume responsibility for client accounts and become an expert account manager, ensure targets are met and work closely with your team lead.

To qualify for this position candidates must speak native/ near native Swedish, fluent English and have 18+ months experience in sales, ideally IT sales. A proven ability in meeting sales targets is essential as is a good understanding of the IT storage industry. Excellent customer service skills, a strong aptitude to identify sales opportunities and the ability to nurture and manage relations with 3rd party sellers are a prerequisite of the position. An innate ability to influence decision making and a can do attitude is also a must!!
