Our client is a third party fleet management firms, for a fleet of international ships. They are currently seeking an experienced Superintendent to manage their maintenance operations.
Duties:
- Scedule and oversee repairs and other maintenance activity
- Manage the maintenance budgets and cost control of expenditure
- Prepare modification and re-fit budgets and co-ordinator the works for same
- Handle all ISM and ISPS follow ups
- Staff and crew management and supervision
Requirements:
- Qualification in a Marine Engineering discipline or similar
- Experience as a Marine Engineer or Superintendent for fleet maintenance
- Excellent maintenance and maintenance co-ordination experience
- Knowledge of current ISM & ISPS codes
- Willingness to travel
