Customer Care Agent (Dublin)

Zynga will be starting up from scratch a European customer care center in Dublin and is looking for a talented Customer Service agent to join our Customer Support Team! The Customer Care Agent is responsible for answering phone billing issues and email customer inquiries. You will possess a passion for customer care and be comfortable working in a very fast paced environment, where change happens at a rapid pace. The customer care agent will work in a team environment to solve customer complaints and issues. The ideal candidate should be comfortable dealing with customer communication on the phone or in email format and possess excellent communication skills in order to interact between respective departments and speak minimum 2 languages - English/Italian/French/Spanish/German/Portuguese Brazillian.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer’s technical and billing queries in a prompt and professional manner
  • Capable of handling customer complaints
  • Log technical issues and work with studios and QA department on escalated issues
  • Act as a point of contact for your peers and other departments on all technical issues
  • Must show excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to meet targets and deadlines
  • Organise workload for efficient time-management
  • Maintains quality service standards
  • Adhere to policies and procedures
  • Handles customer refunds for paid services according to procedure and guidelines
  • Provide customers with a timely resolution
Required Skills:

  • Passion for customer service and online gaming
  • Minimum of 1-3 years customer service experience preferably within an online gaming environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the two of the required languages (English, Spanish, Italian, German, French and Brazillian)
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a high paced environment
  • Self-motivated and results oriented
  • Experience CRM tools
  • Strong software, hardware, networking knowledge
  • Proficiency in MS Office required
  • Degree preferred
