Fashion/Homewares retailer are currently seeking to recruit a Trainee Store Manager for their Wexford Branch with flexibility for kilkenny/Carlow/Waterford
Role
- Support your management team in all aspects of store management
- Gain managment training within a large retail environment
- Control all store costs and minimise all controllable costs
- Coach and develop the team
- Conduct performance reviews on a regular basis
- Ensure visual merchandising and layout guidelines are adhered to
- Liaise with Branch merchandising teams on all stock issues
- Ensure the retail standards are maintained throughout the store
- Ensure all company guidelines, procedures and policies are implemented and adhered to.
Requirement
- 2-3 years retail fashion management experience within a high profile, high volume store
- Experience in managing, inspiring and leading a large sales team
- A strong understanding for both retail and the fashion industry
- A Proven Sales Track Record

- Previous experience within a large fast paced environment
- Dynamic and energetic
