CHEF DE PARTIE
This Hotel Kitchen serves Breakfast, lunch and Dinner. Menu is a mix of Gastro/Bistro Style with a high turn over for dinner.Banqueting is also a busy department within the hotel, popular with weddings.
The Head Chef is seeking a good all rounder to join their team. Previous experience on Grill and Range is required for this role!
Minimum of 2/3 years as Chef de Partie Required. Salary Scale of 24/25K.
