THE ROLE:
- Remote Support of Enterprise clients leveraging knowledge and expertise of best practice HR systems primarily focusing on the payroll system. (full training will be provided)
- Work on ad-hoc projects and technical initiatives as assigned by the Support Manager
- Performing all other day to day operational activities associated with operating the help desk
REQUIREMENTS:
- Third Level Qualification (in an IT and/or Business Related Area)
- Good knowledge of windows applications
- Customer orientated outlook with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with good problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a mission-critical environment
- Be able to demonstrate initiative when required
- Demonstrate the ability to absorb new knowledge on a continuous basis
- Both Graduate and Experienced applicants are welcome
