HR & Payroll Coordinator (maternity cover full time fixed term contract)
Matrix Recruitment are currently recruiting for a HR & Payroll Administrator. The role requires someone to provide Payroll, HR support for a maternity leave cover. This role will be responsible for proactively co-ordinating all aspects of payroll & providing administration support for all aspects of the HR, Payroll and Training function.
The successful candidate must have IPASS accreditation (Payroll Technician), 2 year’s experience in successfully co-ordinating a 100+ weekly & monthly payroll, be fully competent in Micropay (Professional and Report Writer) & Microsoft packages (with advanced level excel capabilities) and have experience of completing payroll year end returns. HR and training administration experience is desirable but not essential.
The ideal candidate must have experience of working in a confidential environment, be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines and be professional, approachable and able to liase with all level employees.
