Busy Estate Agency in Carrick on Shannon require a fully qualified (IAVI-SCSI) estate agent to work in a senior role in our Sales & Valuations Department for an initial 12 - 18 month contract. Suitable applicants must have experience in working in a Rural Estate Agency or originate from the area and have direct experience in a city agency. This is an opportunity to join a busy office with a significant book of useful instructions where the work is rewarding.The ideal candidate must have excellent communication & negotiation skills & be computer proficient
