We are currently recruiting an experienced General Manager for a busy upmarket Bar and Restaurant in Cork City Centre We are recruiting a candidate with minimum 4+ years General Management experience in leading similar property. Applicants require a strong overall Management experience in Food and Beverage, must be very Sales and Finance focused with excellent Customer care and service skills, adherence to the Highest Standards of hygiene and full compliance with all legal aspects of such a position is expected.
