Our client is looking to recruit a hands on service manager with commercial experience.

Role Highlights:

  • The role of Service Manager will require you to oversee the running of the this commercial garage
  • It will be essential to deliver smooth running of the workshops and will be vital in making sure that we deliver the highest level of service to all of our customers at all times
  • Key management areas: productivity, customer satisfaction, profitability, quality, people building, development and innovation
  • Compliance to Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) requirements
Essential requirements:

  • Five years Managerial experience
  • Commercial Retail Experience
  • Proven people management experience including training and development
  • Ability to manage multiple conflicting demands and to priorities accordingly.
  • HGV experience essential and a mechanic background preferred
