The right candidate will;
Have a proven track record in retail management
Possess at least two years experience at store management level.
Be currently employed in the fashion sector
Possess very strong visual merchandising skills
Possess superb customer service skills with the ability to develop the same in your team. Be a commercial manager with strong business acumen
Have a proven track record in people development, succession planning and implementing training plans
