Head of Compliance required by leading Dublin based investment company.
Our Client is an active Investment Manager focused on managing global, international and regional investment mandates across a wide range of asset classes and strategies.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will:
• Have a proven track record of instilling best in class compliance and risk strategies within a complex internationally focused investment management organisation.
• Exceptional knowledge of Irish, European and International regulatory frameworks
• Expertise and ability to act with authority on the European Union Markets in Financial Services Directive (MIFID).
• Expertise and ability to act with authority on Collective Investment Schemes/UCITS.
• Have a proven ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external parties.
• 7-10 years experience, of which a minimum of 5 at management level, in a Compliance role with an Investment Management or similar company.
• Minimum Degree level
• Must currently carry all required regulatory approvals.
