Our client seeks to recruit an Equipment Engineer or Technician for Furnace.
Reporting into the Shift Engineering Team Leader, your key responsibility will be to oversee all maintenance, sustaining and troubleshooting of the wafer fab equipment.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Completing advanced preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
• PM procedure documentation and improvements
• Supporting a world class organization, achieving manufacturing excellence and establishing a team based collaborative culture
• Participation in a "Continuous Improvement" program and follow "Lean Manufacturing" practices to improve productivity and cost effectiveness
• Help establish and execute specific department plans and strategies to achieve manufacturing KPIs. These include cycle time, line yield, OEE (overall equipment efficiency) etc.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years Fab experience and can demonstrate expertise within the relevant toolsets and processing equipment.
It is essential that applicants can demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team, have good communication and interpersonal skills along with a high degree of flexibility to meet business needs.
